What is PTA you ask?

As the largest volunteer child advocacy association in the nation, Parent Teacher Association (PTA) reminds our country of its obligations to children and provides parents and families with a powerful voice to speak on behalf of every child while providing the best tools for parents to help their children be successful students. PTA does not act alone.  Working in cooperation with many national education, health, safety, and child advocacy groups and federal agencies, the national PTA organization collaborates on projects that benefit children and that bring valuable resources to its members.

How does it work?
By joining PTA you are by no means obligating yourself to volunteering.  You can participate as much or as little as you like.  Your PTA dues and donations help fund many programs during the school year that the Duval County School District does not allocate funds for.  All PTA fundraising proceeds go directly towards many programs that benefit our school and enrich the lives of our students.

Membership dues for PTA are $6.00/adult.  Anyone can join; parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and neighbors.

With your continued support this school year, the Landmark PTA will continue to accomplish great things for our wonderful school and continue to enrich the lives of our students!  If you have any questions regarding PTA, e-mail LandmarkPTA@yahoo.comYou will receive a response within 24-48 hours.
